GATE Result 2016 For all Branches: Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an all India examination that primarily tests the comprehensive understanding of the candidates in various undergraduate subjects in Engineering/Technology/Architecture and post-graduate level subjects in Science. The GATE score of a candidate reflects a relative performance level in a particular subject in the examination across several years. A total of 9,71,831 candidates had registered for GATE 2016 and 8,18,850 candidates have appeared for the examination. Out of the total registered candidates, 5,76,611 of the Male and 2,42,207 of the Female registrants appeared for the examination. In terms of the number of candidates appeared, the five largest papers are: Electronics and Communication Engineering , Mechanical Engineering , Computer Science and Information Technology , Electrical Engineering and Civil Engineering.
How to Check Your GATE 2016 Result:
Candidates must log in through GOAPS
They must enter the Enrolment ID/Email Address and their Password to log in.
After successful log in they can acces the GATE 2016 Result.
It is to be noted that the GATE 2016 Score Card will be available for download from March 27 to May 29, 2016.
The GATE Results are only for display and cannot be downloaded.
